We (hereinafter also referred to as website operator) therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003) according to Austrian and European law. In this data protection information, we inform you (hereinafter also referred to as website user) about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website and/or web application (hereinafter referred to as website).
When you visit our website, your IP address, the beginning and end of the session are recorded for the duration of this session. This is due to technical reasons and thus represents a legitimate interest as defined by Art. 6 (1) f DSGVO. Unless otherwise regulated in the following, this data will not be further processed by us.

Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of our website and for subsequent contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner is stored by the website operator within the scope of cookies.
On our web servers there are weblogs, in them the following data are collected and stored for 14 days:

In addition, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of contract processing or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures:

- Bank details (optional)
The data provided by website users are required for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you or contact you at your request. No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the data transferred to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfillment of our tax obligations. The email address, first name, last name, address will be given to an email marketing service, this service helps us to send our newsletter. For sending the newsletter, the website operator uses the email marketing service MailChimp.
After termination of the contract, or by deleting your account, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of the conclusion of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years).
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

- “_cfduid”: (Provider: https://cloudflare.com) has the purpose of recognizing the user in order to always serve the user through the same routing service, this has the purpose of providing the user with the best possible optimization of network usage for the user (session cookie) for a duration of a few seconds up to 24 hours.
- “_cflb”: (provider: https://cloudflare.com) has the purpose of recognizing the user to automatically block possible attackers (session cookie) for a period of 30 days.
- “_cf_bm”: (provider: https://cloudflare.com) has the purpose of recognizing the user to automatically detect possible bots (session cookie) for a duration of up to 30 minutes.
Newsletter – MailChimp
For the execution of all newsletters, the website operator uses the email marketing service MailChimp, of the company “The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA” and the information generated by it/or information required to send the newsletter (e.g. email address, first name, last name) is transmitted to a data center outside the European Union.
MailChimp uses so-called WebBeacons (small image files), which enable an analysis of the use of the Nuewsletter by your users. The information thus generated is transferred to the provider’s servers (MailChimp) and stored there.
The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on standard contractual clauses/an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the “Privacy Shield”.
You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process information voluntarily provided on areas of interest, birthday.
Once you have signed up for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your subscription.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. To do so, simply click the link at the bottom of each newsletter email or please send your cancellation to the following email address: office@devopsberatung.at. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. This revocation shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
Your rights
With regard to your data stored by us, you are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.
